A high-performance stretch cover improves moisture evaporation, supporting the APEX design features. Dual-density foam construction provides a soft top entry layer to promote direct interface with the cooling gel pod, along with a higher-density base layer for support and pressure distribution. Dual-chambered gel insert is designed to help limit gel migration, maintaining consistent gel placement and a stable seating interface during use. Gel insert helps create a cooler seating interface by dissipating heat away from high-contact areas during prolonged seated use. High-performance stretch cover promotes moisture evaporation; antimicrobial, water-resistant, and mildew-resistant. Aggressive non-slip bottom with quick-release straps helps keep the cushion securely positioned on the wheelchair seat. Designed for use with a solid seat insert (9-SSI) to help reduce hammocking associated with wheelchair sling seats. Bariatric sizes utilize maximum-density foam to support durability and longevity.
