Description The NYOrtho Smokers Apron – Deluxe provides enhanced fireproof protection for wheelchair users exposed to smoking materials. Tested to ASTM F2302 standards, the deluxe model is manufactured using a higher-performance fire-rated material that exceeds the requirements of the standard version while continuing to support a resident’s right to supervised smoking in institutional care settings. Features Enhanced fireproof apron will not ignite when exposed to a cigarette, cigar, or burning match. Higher-performance fire-rated material exceeds the requirements of the standard Smokers Apron while meeting ASTM F2302 standards (ASTM D6413 & F2894). Hook-and-loop side straps help prevent cigarettes and ash from falling between the resident and the wheelchair. Wipe-clean surface; durable, flexible, and foldable for easy handling and storage without cracking. Available in deluxe gray for visual differentiation in care environments. Universal sizing.
