Description The NYOrtho Footrest Extender Leg Rest Pad is a two-part system that enhances wheelchair comfort and safety by both extending the footrest and supporting the lower leg. The Footrest Extender raises the wheelchairʼs footrest by 1, 2, or 3 inches to help improve posture, relieve pressure, and reduce symptoms associated with foot drop. The accompanying Leg Rest Pad provides cushioned support behind the lower legs, helping to prevent the feet from slipping off or behind the footrests. Together, they ensure proper foot elevation and leg protection, offering safer, more complete support than either alone. Features Modular footrest extender raises footrest 1, 2 or 3 inches minimizing foot drop.
