Suitable for boiling in fat fryers, etc. directions How to clean and degrease kitchen floors and fat fryers Fat Fryers: – Drain out oil. Fill with clean water to level. – Add 60 grams of Degreasing Powder per 5 litre of water. – Bring to boil. – Simmer for 10 minutes then drain out the solution, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Refill with oil. Kitchen Floors: – Add 30 grams of Degreasing Powder per 5 litre of hot water in a mop bucket. – Mop solution on to floor, allow a little time, then mop up and leave to dry. DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM!
